As the applicant, I agree to the following:
- To comply with all the laws of Canada and the Province of New Brunswick pertaining to construcion and demolition
- That the payment of monies for application does not constitute the approval of the permit nor approval to commence any part of the word applied for.
Mandatory Inspection: After the permit issued, the applicant must provide the following notices- 48 hours prior to the construction and 24 hours prior to the following inspection
- ICF pour
- Backfill of a foundation
- Completion of structural work and
- Final completion
